Is it safe to order from you online?
We don't take any chances when it comes to online safety! Our shopping cart is equipped with a 128 bit Secure SSL Certificate to insure that all of your personal information, including credit card or bank account numbers are completely safe.
Do you attend bird fairs?
No we do not.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax to our Arkansas customers. The percentage that we charge is 8%.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We normally most orders within 1 to 3 days. Large orders may take a little longer to mail, (5 to 7 days) as we hand-make many of our toys to order.
How will my order be shipped?
We use First Class and Priority mail through the United States Postal Service, as well as UPS Ground.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. When choosing our "print and call" feature during checkout, you may place an order and send payment through mail.
How much will I be charged for shipping and handling?
We calculate our shipping costs based on item weight to your location. We use the United States Postal Service whenever possible, to save our customers money. We've found that in most cases, the post office is much cheaper than UPS or FedEx ground. All of our packages include Delivery Confirmation service.
What is your return policy?
We have a firm no return policy on all of our items. This is a common policy amongst bird supply companies and is in effect for the safety of our customers' birds. By not accepting returns, we can guarantee that none of our toys have come into contact with any birds, therefore eliminating the threat of dangerous bird viruses being spread to your birds. We understand that it is sometimes difficult to choose the right toy for your bird... if you ever need help selecting a toy for your bird, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance!
Do you ship internationally?
YES! We Ship WORLDWIDE. - Our shipping calculator is set by weight. To calculate worldwide shipping prior to checkout, simply enter your country and postal code. Note: We charge actual shipping to your location. Shipping to some locations can be very costly, especially on heavy wooden toys and wood blocks. Many of our shreddable toys are light and therefore not as costly when shipped internationally. It helps to keep this in mind when adding certain items to your cart
What are your policies on stolen/missing/returned packages?
- Lost Packages - While packages may be delayed from time to time, it is rare that a package is completely lost. If you've given your order enough time to arrive (please expect transit times to take longer during the busy holiday shipping season) and believe that your package may be lost in transit, please email us with your order number and name, and we will promptly look into it.
- Stolen Packages - We cannot be responsible for a shipment once tracking shows that is has been delivered. If you live in an apartment or somewhere that you believe your package may be in jeopardy of being stolen, please contact us and we will add signature confirmation to your order for an additional $2.50.
- Damaged Packages - If your package has been damaged in transit, please notify us immediately of any damaged contents, and provide photos of the damage.
- Incorrect Address - If a package is unable to be delivered due to an error on the shipping address provided with your order, we will reship at your cost once the package is returned. We cannot be responsible for orders that become lost in the postal system due to an incorrect address. In the event that a package is returned and you choose not to have it reshipped, you will be refunded the package total, less original shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
