Twelve years ago, we as pet bird owners were unhappy with the selection of bird toys at our local pet shop. None of the toys on their displays were toys that we wanted to put into our birds cages! We began making toys because we knew that with some effort and knowledge of bird safety, we could build a better bird toy... and that's what we've done ever since. Grouping the knowledge that we already had of bird safety as the proud parents of a cockatiel, two quakers and a lory, along with that which we began feverishly gathering from local vets, the internet and publications, we began building what rapidly became a full time business. We soon began selling to the pet shop up the street and within a year, they were stocking little more than our toys on their shelves. One pet shop became two, two became three and three became participating at state-wide bird shows as vendors.

Today, we've shipped our toys all over the world. It didn't take long for our home based workplace had to be replaced by a dehumidified workshop that we built exclusively for making toys. Our bird toys come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment, eliminating the threat of contamination of any kind through our products.

You can still find us going to bird shows all over the southeastern states but our website delivers all of the same promises that our bird toy creations have always owned up to. FDA approved coloring, non-toxic wood, 100% American grown cotton rope, vegetable tanned leather and zinc-free hardware. Best of all, we know what birds love!

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship our customers' orders via USPS Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Some larger orders may be mailed via UPS or FedEx. We prefer Priority mail because we believe in saving our customers money.

Due to our bird safety promise, we cannot accept returns on any of our items. This is a common return policy when dealing with parrot products and effectively eliminates the spread of dangerous bird viruses.
